Netflix Game Studio seeks a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to drive international distribution relationships and shape the product portfolio strategy and roadmap.

You will partner with product and platform teams, collaborate with cross-functional units (engineering, legal, advertising, finance), and travel to studios and partners as required to optimize app store placement and launch operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, partnership, or business development in the game industry.
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
• Experience with live-service games and platform partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Assist international game distribution relationships with platform partners to execute the product portfolio strategy.
• Partner with product and platform teams to expand distribution opportunities for subscribers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners (engineering, product, legal, advertising, finance).
• Partner with live-services and game development teams to optimize platform placement across app stores.
• Support new game launches with product and operations teams and assist partners with requests and launches.
• Communicate effectively and manage ambiguity across disciplines.
• Travel to studios and partners as required.
