Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, program management, business systems or related field.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining relational databases and workflows.
• Advanced Airtable experience (schema design, linked records, automations, scripting).
• Track record of building scalable internal tools, automations, or reporting.
• Experience using AI tools (LLMs, agents) to improve operations, workflows, or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, scope, and operationalize cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop scalable tools and workflows in Airtable; build data models, automations, interfaces.
• Run audits to consolidate or retire redundant fields, tables, views, and automations; keep systems performant.
• Use AI tools for operational efficiency, workflow optimization, and reporting.
• Translate production concepts into clear context for leadership and partners.
• Own change management for rollouts, updates, and deprecations with clear buy-in.
• Write durable runbooks, training, and documentation for longevity.
