History Makers is seeking an Operations Manager who will act as the Chief Executive’s strategic partner, planning, organizing, and executing initiatives to ensure organizational alignment, efficiency and excellence.

You will free the CEO’s time by overseeing daily operations, leading personnel, internal and external communications, ministry operations, worship experiences planning, calendars and vendor relationships, and by driving processes that keep the organization on mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead personnel, internal/external communications, ministry operations, worship experiences planning, calendar management, and vendor management.
• Act as right-hand to the Chief Executive, coordinating planning and execution to ensure organizational alignment and execution of initiatives.
