Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in operations, project management, or executive support.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with discretion and confidentiality.
• Strategic thinking with problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic operational partner to the COO, managing priorities and deliverables.
• Coordinate follow-up and accountability for strategic decisions and action items.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for leadership discussions.
• Maintain project status visibility, milestones, and priorities.
• Support executive meetings and management team discussions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestone schedules, and status reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks; elevate appropriately.
• Contribute to operating rhythms, governance processes, and organizational change initiatives.
• Promote process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Assist in documenting and refining operating systems and workflows.
