Responsibilities

• Lead personnel, internal and external communications, ministry operations, worship experiences planning, calendar management and vendor management.
• Plan, organize, and execute the Chief Executive’s initiatives with efficiency, excellence and effectiveness to ensure organizational alignment.
• Free the Chief Executive’s time by actively engaging personnel to accomplish strategic goals and directives and keeping the Chief Executive briefed.
