Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an Operations Manager for DDLC Support to lead day-to-day delivery across multiple workstreams and sites in alignment with client requirements and contract objectives.

You will direct planning, staffing, and resource allocation, oversee cost and scheduling baselines, and drive continuous improvement with IT, logistics, security, and other stakeholders. A current US secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing IT or operations projects/programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Active secret security clearance and United States residency.
• PMI certification: PMP or PgMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas, ensuring services are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract and performance standards.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities including work planning, staffing, and resource allocation to meet SLAs.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and performance baselines, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to leadership and client.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, facilities, and enabling teams to ensure infrastructure, tools, and support services are in place.
• Manage subcontractor performance, onboarding, scope definition, deliverable tracking, and issue escalation.
