Intuit Inc. is seeking a Business Line Strategy leader within the Expert Network to translate priorities into COE direction and ensure expert delivery aligns with the broader business.

You will synthesize insights across TurboTax, Credit Karma, and Canada, and drive standards that shape how experts deliver for customers day to day. Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in tax/financial services strategy, with demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple business lines and stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in customer experience strategy or service delivery operations.
• Experience across multiple business lines or customer segments.
• Familiarity with expert/advisor workforce models is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Cross-Domain Business Line Strategy — define COE connections to each BL and ensure consistency across segments.
• Business Line Coordination & Partnership — serve as COE contact for Group Managers and translate perspectives into actionable direction.
• Translate Strategy to Expert Standards — document COE strategy for how experts should deliver for customers.
• Drive Action Through Storytelling — present actionable recommendations using data (BL performance, VOC) to drive alignment.
• Champion Emerging & High-Complexity Business Lines — lead COE strategy for Retail/Local and other segments.
• Monitor BL Performance & Adapt Strategy — refine strategy based on customer/expert signals to prevent execution issues.
