Job summary

Intuit seeks a Business Line Strategy leader within Expert Network to synthesize cross-BL priorities and translate them into actionable COE standards guiding expert delivery across TurboTax, ProTax Group, and CreditKarma. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving alignment with Service Delivery leaders and product teams.

You will monitor performance signals, champion emerging segments, and turn data into clear, executable plans with an emphasis on customer experience

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in customer experience strategy or service delivery operations, with multi-segment exposure preferred.
Experience working across multiple business lines or customer segments simultaneously.
Familiarity with expert/advisor workforce models and delivery design is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define cross-domain COE strategy across TurboTax and related lines; align with each BL's calendar, delivery model, and regulations.
Serve as primary COE contact for Group Managers; translate perspectives into actionable strategy.
Develop COE standards for how experts deliver for customers and ensure executability.
Craft narratives linking COE strategy to outcomes and use data to drive alignment.
Lead COE strategy for emerging segments like Retail/Local and others.
Monitor performance signals and surface risks before execution issues arise.
