Intuit is seeking a Business Line Strategy leader for the Expert Network to synthesize cross-domain priorities and translate complex priorities into actionable direction for the COE. • Familiarity with expert or advisor workforce models or multi-BL coordination.

• Strong leadership and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define cross-domain strategic view across TurboTax business lines and connect COE strategy to each BL's delivery model and customer calendar.
• Coordinate with Group Managers to gather input and translate perspectives into actionable direction.
• Develop and document COE strategy and standards for expert delivery across lines.
• Craft compelling narratives linking COE strategy to business outcomes and customer experience improvements.
• Lead COE strategy for emerging segments where no prior playbook exists (e.g., Retail/Local).
• Monitor performance signals and data to refine strategy and surface risks before execution issues.
