Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a Business Line Strategy leader for its Expert Network COE. You will synthesize strategy across TurboTax, ProTax, CreditKarma and other lines, ensuring COE standards reflect diverse customer delivery models.

This role requires deep tax/financial services experience, multi-BL coordination, and strong storytelling to drive actionable recommendations to Service Delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in customer experience strategy, service delivery operations, program management, or related fields; tax/financial services preferred.
• Demonstrated experience across multiple business lines or customer segments and synthesizing needs into executable strategy.
• Familiarity with expert/advisor workforce models or multi-BL coordination is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold cross-domain strategic view across all TurboTax business lines and define COE connections to each BL.
• Serve as COE contact for Group Managers and translate stakeholder perspectives into strategic direction.
• Develop and document COE strategy for experts across business lines that is clear and executable.
• Craft narratives linking COE strategy to business outcomes and expert experience improvements.
• Lead COE strategy for emerging segments like Retail/Local and ensure account for regulatory and model differences.
• Monitor performance signals and refine strategy to prevent execution risks.
