Responsibilities

• Define cross-domain COE strategy across TurboTax lines.
• Coordinate with Group Managers to shape strategic input.
• Translate strategy into executable expert standards.
• Tell compelling stories linking COE to outcomes and experiences.
• Lead COE strategy for Retail/Local and emerging lines.
• Monitor performance signals and surface risks early.
