Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in customer experience strategy or related fields.
• Experience working across multiple business lines or customer segments.
• Familiarity with expert or advisor workforce models or multi-BL coordination.

Responsibilities

• Hold cross-domain strategic view across all TurboTax business lines.
• Coordinate with Group Managers and translate input into strategic direction.
• Develop COE strategy standards for expert delivery.
• Craft narratives linking COE strategy to business outcomes and expert experience improvements.
• Lead COE strategy for emerging segments like Retail/Local.
