Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in customer experience strategy or service delivery operations.
• Experience across multiple business lines or customer segments.
• Familiarity with expert/advisor workforce models or multi-BL coordination.

Responsibilities

• Define COE strategy across TurboTax and other lines; ensure alignment with customer calendars, delivery models, and regulatory environments.
• Coordinate with Group Managers to translate perspectives into strategic direction.
• Document COE strategy for expert delivery standards and execution within Service Delivery.
