Qualifications

• Familiarity with expert/advisor workforce models or multi-BL coordination is a plus.
• Background in tax, accounting, or financial services is particularly relevant to this role.

Responsibilities

• Define cross-domain COE strategy across all TurboTax lines and connect to each BL's calendar and delivery model.
• Coordinate with Group Managers, translating perspectives into actionable strategic direction.
• Develop COE standards that are clear, grounded, and executable within Service Delivery.
• Craft narratives linking COE strategy to outcomes and expert experience improvements.
• Lead COE strategy for Retail/Local and emerging segments with no prior playbook.
