Qualifications

• Budgeting and P&L management experience required.
• At least 3 years of operations management experience.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and MS Office expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manpower, recruiting, retention and development for the operation.
• Ensure procedures exist for client service, productivity and facilities maintenance.
• Set goals for continuous improvement across the site.
• Develop budgeting and cost/profit control plans.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT).
