Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Lansdale, PA seeks a General Manager to lead operations, ensure safety, compliance, and financial results for a designated site. The GM serves as the primary customer interface for proposals, contract negotiations, and ongoing account management.

You will drive LEAN and six sigma initiatives, oversee budgeting and pricing across multiple clients, manage vendor relationships, and mentor site leaders while aligning with corporate mission and values.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years in logistics/distribution.
• 5 years in a leadership role in logistics/distribution/supply chain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, compliance, and financial results for a designated operation.
• Lead continuous improvement, LEAN, and ISO initiatives.
• Develop budgets and manage pricing in a multi-client environment.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor site managers; manage vendor relations and client reviews.
