ZT Systems is seeking an Administrative Lead to support the Customer Operations organization. You will drive operational excellence, cross‑functional alignment, and strategic execution alongside Finance, HR, Legal, and IT.

The role requires a strategic, hands‑on approach, strong discretion, initiative, and excellent analytical thinking. You’ll provide executive support to the VP, Customer Operations and leadership team, manage calendars, travel, expenses, and governance of critical programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in business/ops or related field.
• 4–6+ years in business operations, project management, or similar role.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to distill complex information and present it clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to align with goals and priorities.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, and develop productivity strategies.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Legal, IT and other teams.
• Lead strategic initiatives with timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Prepare dashboards and senior leadership reporting; develop executive communications.
