Job summary

ZT Systems seeks a Customer Operations Analyst I to support day-to-day order processing, updates, and coordination across teams. You will help ensure on-time deliveries and accurate records while learning the full supply chain workflow.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Support to resolve issues, monitor backlogs, and provide clear customer communications as part of a growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process and track customer orders from entry through delivery.
• Provide customers with updates on order status, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Work with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales teams to resolve order issues.
• Monitor order backlog and identify potential delivery risks.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in company systems.
• Assist with customer inquiries and support issue resolution.
• Generate basic operational reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
• Support process improvements and special projects as assigned.
