Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Fairfax, VA seeks a Director of Operations to oversee daily clinic performance across Virginia. You’ll drive financial discipline, operational processes, and compliance while leading a high‑caliber clinical team and ensuring excellent client care.

With 5+ years in behavioral health and a Bachelor’s degree or higher, you’ll shape growth strategies, manage budgets, and partner with leadership to improve documentation, risk management, and service quality across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in Behavioral Health industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR and proper documentation.
• Strong planning skills.
• Leadership Experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management aligned with the company’s mission and core values.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and processes.
• Lead a high-performance clinical team.
• Act as lead “client-care officer” through direct contact with every client and stakeholder.
• Ensure proper training for team members.
• Verify adherence to timely documentation processes.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting and licensing bodies.
• Oversee and manage department budgets and expenses.
• Oversee safety of employees and clients.
• Communicate with referral sources and families.
• Support quality assurance projects and reporting.
