Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Jensen Beach, FL is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee clinic performance, financial health, and scalable systems across multiple sites. You will lead clinical teams, ensure compliant operations, and drive process improvements that enable rapid growth.

Ideal candidates have substantial leadership experience in behavioral health, strong financial acumen, and expertise with EMR/EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the Behavioral Health Industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR and proper documentation.
• Strong planning skills.
• Leadership Experience

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management aligning with the company mission and values.
• Collaborate on development and implementation of growth strategies and processes.
• Motivate and lead a high-performance clinical team
• Act as lead client-care officer through direct contact with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure proper training for team members
• Ensure timely documentation and adherence to processes
• Ensure compliance with accrediting and licensing bodies
• Oversee company finances, including budgeting and expenses
• Maintain safety of employees and clients
• Communicate with referrals sources and families
• Lead compliance and quality assurance projects
• Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Support crisis intervention with clinical team
• Ensure adherence to medication policy
• Minimize missed client services
