Qualifications
- 5+ years in behavioral health operations or management.
- Knowledge of accounting and finance required.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems and proper documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management of clinic operations.
- Collaborate on growth strategies and process implementation.
- Lead a high-performance clinical team.
- Serve as client-care liaison with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure proper training and compliance with documentation.
- Oversee budgeting and expense approvals.
- Monitor safety for employees and clients.
- Maintain regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Coordinate with leadership on accreditation and licensing compliance.
- Support crisis intervention and medication policy adherence.
