Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Center Operations Director to lead non-clinical operations for the Carson City center. You will partner with senior clinical leaders, guide administrative teams, monitor performance, and implement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

In this role you will oversee day-to-day operations, build relationships with referral sources, manage the administrative team, and drive center growth while maintaining a people-first, compliant

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA Therapy and a compassionate understanding of the needs of children with autism and their families.
• 2–4 years of direct people management experience in a Manager or Director-level role.
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to build, sustain, and grow productive relationships with management, staff, clients and community stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, planning, organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the Carson City center and drive growth.
• Cultivate relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and other referral sources.
• Manage administrative activities of clinical staff and ensure onboarding for families.
• Ensure smooth operations, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee insurance authorizations and billing procedures.
• Motivate staff through evaluation and goal setting.
