• 10+ years of experience in business management, strategy, operations, consulting, or related field.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and advance outcomes in a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and bring structure to ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Head of Core Operations and Leadership Team.
• Coordinate leadership priorities, governance routines, and planning activities.
• Maintain an integrated view of strategic initiatives, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
• Reinforce follow-through on leadership commitments with accountability and visibility.
• Coordinate initiatives spanning businesses, functions, and stakeholders; surface issues and barriers.
• Develop concise, executive-ready materials supporting decisions and transparency.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Risk, Controls, and others to connect performance and priorities.
• Coordinate select strategic priorities for the Head of Core Operations.
• Ensure leadership routines are focused and outcome-oriented.
• Provide visibility into priorities, performance, and progress for the Head of Core Operations.
