Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York seeks an ambitious Payments Operations - Business Manager, Executive Director to shape strategy, drive executive-level insights, and partner with senior leaders to execute critical initiatives end-to-end.

You will lead a team delivering performance analytics, forecasting, and capacity planning, collaborating with Operations, Finance, and Data & Analytics to enable informed decisions that benefit clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• MBA preferred
• Advanced presentation and storytelling skills
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets
• Excellent project management and time management
• Strong partnerships and stakeholder influence

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to Payments Operations and F&BM leadership, shaping strategy and presenting projections and trends to executives
• Design monthly and quarterly business and financial reporting packages for varied audiences
• Coordinate deliverables across business management, finance, operations, and product teams
• Analyze large datasets to produce insights and executive-ready materials with narratives and visuals
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for headcount and expenses with Operations and F&BM teams
• Build and enhance capacity models and activity-based costing for profitability insights
• Strengthen financial controls and data integrity for timely, confident decision-making
