JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President, Business Manager to support the Corporate Controllers organization. You will partner with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives, manage budgets and forecasts, and prepare executive communications.

The role emphasizes business planning, financial management, and cross-team coordination across the Corporate Sector Controllers team. You will help drive organizational priorities, lead resiliency planning, and develop executive-ready materials that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in business management, finance, operations, or a related field.
• Experience preparing presentations, reporting, and materials for senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Strong business judgment and ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze team financials and headcount, including budget planning, multi-year forecasting, and business reviews.
• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting that support business planning and decision-making.
• Organize town halls and manage communications related to key initiatives, priorities, and deliverables.
• Prepare executive presentations and coordinate cross-team deliverables, including ad hoc project management support.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across Business Management, Control Management, Finance, and related teams.
• Lead business resiliency planning activities to support execution of an effective resiliency framework.
• Track progress against business priorities and prepare mid-year and year-end summaries of team accomplishments.
• Support strategic initiatives and business transformation efforts by coordinating activities, reporting, and follow-up actions.
• Develop executive-ready materials that communicate business performance, priorities, and opportunities.
