Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Vice President in the Office of the Chief of Staff / PMO for the Head of Talent & Employee Experience to turn strategic priorities into operating plans and measurable execution across a large, matrixed organization.

You will track commitments, decisions, and actions, drive cadence, and surface risks, dependencies, and trade-offs while ensuring progress is visible through OKRs, scorecards, and business reviews.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, PMO, strategy, or operating roles supporting a senior executive.
• Demonstrated agentic-first operating style with proactive tracking and closing of deliverables.
• Strong program and portfolio discipline with OKRs, KPIs, and risk logs.
• Excellent business acumen and analytical problem solving for operating plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the always-on tracker and closer for commitments, decisions, and actions with owners and due dates.
• Anticipate needs, pre-position materials, and unblock or reassign work without prompting.
• Framing priorities, risks, and trade-offs for the Chief of Staff and senior leaders.
• Drive operating cadence including meetings, reviews, and decision-ready materials.
• Facilitate forums end-to-end with clear ownerships, timelines, and risk logs.
• Translate strategy into prioritized plans with clear outcomes and dependencies.
• Run the PMO function: OKRs, scorecards, KPIs, dashboards, RAID logs, and progress reports.
• Draft executive updates and briefing materials reflecting progress and risks.
• Champion AI-enabled ways of working to automate tracking and reporting.
