Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in finance and project management.
• Experience in treasury/ liquidity reporting.
• Experience in people management.
• Ability to present to senior management and drive initiatives.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create project charters, SOWs, and project plans with clear roles.
• Establish governance structures and evolve them as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology and Compliance.
• Lead Working Group sessions and track action items.
• Develop materials for governance, reporting, and management presentations.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with technology to meet business needs.
