Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President in Risk Strategy and Execution to support the Business Banking Risk Chief of Staff and senior leadership in executing strategic initiatives, managing projects, and improving operational efficiency.

You will prepare executives and drive collaboration across the organization to meet the Chief Risk Officer’s objectives. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring key projects, developing executive communications, and reporting on staffing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and positive attitude.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence across levels and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to plan, execute, and monitor key projects within Business Banking Risk.
• Partner across cross-functional teams to drive alignment and timely delivery of deliverables.
