Qualifications

• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices and laws; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop relationships with client HR and Operations to grow business.
• Achieve high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Maintain a network of industry contacts through associations and networks.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership (QBR/QPR).
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate and time-to-fill; monitor NPS.
