Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and oversee the strategic, long‑term evolution of client programs in the United States. The role focuses on recruitment leadership, KPI/SLA adherence, and building strong client partnerships to drive growth and retention.

The position requires a high school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience and a proven ability to manage recruitment teams.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and increased responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead a recruitment team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with applicable laws.

Aufgaben

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with key client contacts.
• Develop and present monthly/quarterly business performance reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Manage daily recruitment/fulfillment activities and ensure KPI/SLA adherence.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, and competition.
• Collaborate with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
• Serve as Brand Ambassador and participate in thought leadership activities.
