Daiichi Sankyo US is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to promote oncology and cardiovascular brands within a defined territory. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, communicate product benefits, and implement business plans.

The role requires 4+ years in pharma sales, oncology experience preferred, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel 40–60% with ongoing training and strict compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of sales/marketing experience in pharmaceutical/medical industry.
• Oncology product launch experience preferred.
• Copromotion experience a plus.
• Ability to travel 40–60%.

Responsabilités

• Represents the assigned products to health care professionals in assigned sales territory.
• Achieves or exceeds sales objectives through promotion of the assigned product features and benefits to assigned customers.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
• Apply knowledge of the healthcare industry, trends, laws, regulations, market conditions, and market access environment.
• Demonstrate understanding of current or pending clinical pathways in assigned accounts.
• Analyze customer needs and territory performance; develop and execute business plans to optimize commercial potential.
• Maintain expert understanding of disease states, Daiichi Sankyo brands, and competitor products.
• Complete all assigned training.
• Serve as a disease state expert and provide high level product expertise and customer service.
• Communicate with District Manager and peers; discuss issues and opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and key opinion leaders; communicate indications, features and benefits.
• Meet all administrative expectations including budgets, reporting, and communication.
• Maintain a current target list and plan calls to meet goals.
• Review territorial reports with District Manager and leverage reports/databases.
• Submit completed reports on-time and inform on market matters.
• Maintain equipment and territorial records in prescribed manner.
• Utilize sales force automation and other tools to enhance impact of calls.
• Adhere to compliance and operating principles.
