Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Clinical Account Executive for the Little Rock, AR area to lead strategic account planning and execution in Multiple Myeloma. You will cultivate relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and admins to advance patient care and brand objectives.

The role requires strong sales experience in pharma/biotech, oncology expertise, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team. Travel and credentialing are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology/hematology experience required, preferably in Multiple Myeloma.
• Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than peers.
• Competitive selling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a highly collaborative, team environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Persistency and grit with strong track record of succeeding in a challenging environment
• Driving a personal auto or company car or truck.
• Valid driver license: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements.
• Business travel, by air or car, is regularly required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
• Partner effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
