Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of direct healthcare sales experience.
• 5+ years of oncology sales experience; buy and bill experience.
• 3+ years managing IDNs or other organized customer accounts.
• Experience with formulary review processes and therapeutic decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Establish processes and timelines for introducing products to strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for COEs, Academic/IDN networks, and key accounts.
• Identify barriers to product access and create action plans to remove them.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve objectives and improve account performance.
• Integrate with field teams to support pull-through and shared accountability.
• Plan and organize territory to meet sales goals and engagement objectives.
• Maintain professional company representation in all interactions.
• Complete required reporting and ensure compliant use of promotional materials.
