Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.
• Knowledge of billing and reimbursement environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
• Successful completion of pre-employment requirements.

Responsabilités

• Drive new account acquisition and organic growth through strategic prospecting.
• Position Caris as a preferred provider of tumor profiling and molecular intelligence.
• Analyze territory opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Meet or exceed revenue and activity targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through in-person engagement.
• Ensure seamless customer experience across the full order lifecycle.
• Maintain CRM documentation and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with client services and leadership to execute growth strategies.
• Travel to clinics, labs, and hospital settings as needed.
• Provide guidance on billing, reimbursement, and payer dynamics.
