Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking an Oncology Account Executive to drive territory growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing relationships in oncology, diagnostics, and related fields. You will employ consultative selling, build high-trust relationships with oncologists and pathology teams, and champion Caris molecular profiling solutions from order through delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
Strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.
Knowledge of billing and reimbursement environments.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
Successful completion of pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

Drive new account acquisition and territory growth through strategic prospecting, value-based selling, and clinical education.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person engagement and seamless order lifecycle management.
Engage with oncology clinicians and allied teams to support ordering and interpretation of the CMI platform.
Provide consultative guidance on billing, reimbursement, and payer dynamics; share market trends and competitive insights.
Collaborate with Client Services, Regional Directors, and Leadership; maintain CRM documentation and support events.
