Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking an Oncology Account Executive to drive territory growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding relationships with oncologists, pathologists, and other healthcare stakeholders. You will manage the full order lifecycle, promote tumor profiling solutions, and collaborate with regional leadership to meet revenue targets.

The role requires strong oncology knowledge, consultative selling skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
Strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.
Knowledge of billing and reimbursement environments.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

Drive new account acquisition and organic growth through strategic prospecting and value-based selling.
Position Caris as a preferred provider of tumor profiling and molecular intelligence solutions.
Develop strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives for the territory.
Meet or exceed revenue, activity, and performance targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person engagement.
Ensure a seamless customer experience across the full order lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute territory growth strategies.
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and administrative tasks.
