Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist for our Tulsa, OK office. The role focuses on developing and overseeing staff training, onboarding, and certification efforts to meet quality and performance standards.

You will manage training trackers, OneDrive content, and scheduling of new hire training, while coordinating with local staff, SMEs, and project leadership to ensure timely delivery and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in training, case management, or counseling.
• Strong computer and virtual technology skills.
• Ability to develop curriculum and deliver both virtual and live trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, implementation and oversight of staff training to include onboarding, training plans, and alignment with quality expectations.
• Manage training trackers and OneDrive content for the project; ensure organized, up-to-date materials.
• Schedule onboarding and new hire training via calendar; coordinate classrooms, facilitators and invites.
• Coordinate weekly debriefs and DLC-related meetings with local staff and coaches.
• Track onboarding in Smartsheet and oversee JSS and certification training with required documentation.
• Ensure all trainings align with Dynamic Workforce Solutions' standards and improve performance.
