Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Training Specialist to lead staff onboarding, training development, and ongoing competency testing. The role focuses on coordinating training plans, DLC meetings, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

The successful candidate will manage training trackers, schedule onboarding sessions, and partner with project teams to deliver effective training content for local staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education or related WIOA experience.
• At least two years' experience in training, case management or counseling services.
• Strong computer and virtual technology skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience developing and delivering virtual and live training with competency testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage training trackers and OneDrive for the project.
• Schedule new hire training and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate DLC meetings and training content development with local teams.
• Ensure training plans align with quality and performance expectations.
