Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight or more years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs onboarding governance, documentation quality, and issue management across multi-entity conversions.
• Leads cross-functional teams and coordinates with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, and Operations.
• Develops transition strategies, governance, milestones, and escalation protocols.
• Represents onboarding capabilities in client, prospect, finalist, and business-line discussions.
• Coaches and develops leaders; manages performance and talent planning.
