U.S. Bank seeks a Strategic Services Operations Manager to lead a global custody platform, partnering with Wealth, Global Fund Services, Institutional Trust & Custody, Corporate Trust, Product, Technology, Risk and Finance.

You will translate client needs into initiatives, build executive relationships, oversee governance and SLAs, and drive cross-functional programs to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in Global Custody, Asset Servicing, Corporate Trust, Institutional Banking, Operations, Client Service, Business Engagement, or related financial services functions.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, clients, RM, product partners, and operations.
• Lead executive engagement routines, governance forums, strategic reporting, and SLA oversight.
• Coordinate identification, escalation, tracking, and resolution of custody-related issues.
• Translate client feedback and market developments into strategic initiatives and product enhancements.
