Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a senior leader to oversee onboarding and ongoing maintenance for Investment Banking and Capital Markets institutional clients. You will drive scalable processes, partner with risk/compliance teams, and lead technology-enabled improvements across multiple products.

The role requires a strong track record in leadership, client operations, and regulatory knowledge within a fast-paced trading environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field required.
• 10 years financial services experience expected.
• Proven leadership and team-building ability.
• Strong relationship-building across organizational levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Project management capabilities and strategic thinking.
• Experience in dynamic trading/sales environments and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and lifecycle management for Investment Banking and Capital Markets clients.
• Lead programs for new account set-up, maintenance, and off-boarding of institutional clients.
• Document and optimize client opening, maintenance processes and automate workflows.
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance controls are in place.
• Drive technology initiatives to support lending portfolios and onboarding workflows.
• Collaborate with LOB managers to enhance processes and risk controls.
• Lead Monthly Business Operations Reviews with key stakeholders.
• Manage recruitment, retention, and performance of team members.
• Stay informed on market issues, regulatory changes, and policy updates.
