Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Onboarding Consultant based at the Mooresville headquarters to lead onboarding for Lowe’s Pro customers. The role partners with Sales, Credit, and Pro Solution Center to define deployment plans and ensure a smooth integration.

You will manage end-to-end onboarding, monitor adoption trends, provide post-launch support, and guide teams through onboarding phases to drive successful partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer onboarding, implementation, project management, or related field.
• Demonstrated project management skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments.

Aufgaben

• Build customer onboarding content and RFP strategies for new partnerships.
• Coordinate with customers and National Account Managers to identify setup needs and timelines.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding tasks, updates, and unblock activation roadblocks.
• Partner with third-party teams and internal groups to align processes.
• Provide post-launch support and transition customers to full sales support.
• Communicate onboarding adoption trends to Sales Leadership and National Account Managers.
