Qualifications

• Bachelors preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of sales management in a leadership capacity.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the inside sales team, set goals, and coach performance.
• Hold weekly team meetings and 1:1s to drive results.
• Grow the team’s portfolio and meet Pro sales objectives.
• Attend virtual customer visits to coach the team.
• Engage key customer accounts and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with field partners and improve sales processes.
• Resolve customer issues to drive satisfaction.
• Ensure CRM and tools are used effectively to manage portfolios.
