Job summary

ADM is seeking an experienced Hourly Operations Recruiter for on-site responsibilities in Erlanger, KY. This full-time exempt role focuses on recruiting for our nutrition organization, building candidate pipelines, and consulting hiring managers with market insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a full life-cycle, hourly operations recruiter.
• Highly developed communication skills—written and verbal.
• Experience developing targeted local sourcing pipelines for rural plant locations.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, integrity and follow-through.
• Strong relationship management and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build solid relationships with hiring managers and understand team dynamics and fit.
• Act as an ambassador of ADM and help create a strong employer-of-choice brand.
• Use knowledge of local communities to build recruiting strategies for open positions at assigned sites.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels to attract diverse talent.
• Own the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, relationship management, offer and closing.
