Manpower Internal is seeking an onsite Corporate Recruiter to support a key client’s hiring needs, focusing on full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles such as finance, sales, and HR. This W2 contract role is based near Cincinnati, OH with an on-site requirement.

You will manage sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates while delivering outstanding service to both candidates and client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Workday experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment while delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
• Advise candidates and client stakeholders through each hiring stage with service and competency-driven sourcing.
• Build and maintain a diverse, growing candidate pipeline through research and outreach.
• Screen and assess candidates efficiently to match openings and career pathways.
• Educate clients on local market dynamics and workforce considerations.
• Meet commitments and deliver a high-quality hiring experience.
