Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a six-month, onsite contract. The role focuses on front-line recruitment across multiple locations, partnering with hiring leaders to build pipelines and move candidates efficiently through the process.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume entry-level roles, source via multiple channels, screen candidates, and provide hiring managers with market insights to drive faster, higher-quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, high-volume or multi-location preferred.
• Experience recruiting for retail, service, hospitality, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong computer skills and ATS experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, entry-level positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and organizational fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate progress, and hiring metrics.
• Provide hiring managers with market insight and recruiting recommendations.
• Help create a positive, professional candidate experience from initial contact through hire.
• Support recruiting initiatives designed to improve speed, quality, and retention of hires.
