Job summary

Skill is seeking an onsite Staffing Recruiter at our Mt. Juliet fulfillment center to own full-cycle, high-volume hiring for entry-level hourly roles.

You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and manage the candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Experience with an ATS, preferably for high-volume or hourly hiring.
• Sourcing across job boards, community partners, referrals, and staffing agency support.
• Strong project management skills and comfort managing agency relationships.
• Excellent communication and relationship building with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and re-prioritize without losing momentum.
• A sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Confidence with recruiting technology and tools.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, entry-level hourly roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing targets and deliver against them.
• Keep a steady flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing.
• Build pipelines ahead of demand based on market conditions and business needs.
• Own the candidate experience start to finish, with fast follow-up at every step.
• Track and report on goals, metrics, and hiring cycle performance.
• Bring ideas to the table to improve how the process runs.
• Check in with new hires after start to ensure the experience holds up.
