Suntory Global Spirits in Tucson, AZ is seeking an On-Premise Key Accounts Manager to lead strategy and execution with premier on-premise partners. You will own end-to-end account management, drive NSV and share growth, and ensure programs align with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of work-related experience in consumer goods preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across the business.
• Understanding of distribution, promotions, and selling techniques with solid analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge of On-Premise Key Accounts and growth levers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Market/Key Accounts Execution: drive NSV, DGP, market share growth and KPI attainment for assigned accounts.
• Business Planning: lead category and brand plans, POS, promotions, and new item introductions ensuring brand standards.
• Relationship Management: develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and work with distributors to accelerate growth.
