Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits is seeking an On-Premise Key Accounts Manager for Central Texas to drive end-to-end execution with key accounts and distributors. You will manage market programming, budgeting, and event execution while collaborating with marketing and sales teams to grow NSV and market share.

The role requires 1–5 years in consumer goods, strong stakeholder management, and knowledge of On-Premise Key Accounts. A Bachelor’s degree and travel willingness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–5 years in consumer goods or related fields.
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential.
• Understanding of distribution, promotions and selling techniques is preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities are desirable.
• Knowledge of On-Premise Key Accounts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution for market/key accounts with NSV and KPI targets.
• Analyze distributor performance and competitive pricing to optimize programs.
• Develop local programming strategy, resources, and budget planning.
• Execute on-premise events and tastings and summarize results.
• Collaborate with distributors and partners to achieve growth targets.
