You will liaise between business units, stakeholders and facilities teams, transforming data into actionable insights that shape modern office strategies and space planning practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of occupancy planning/space management experience.
• Familiarity with hybrid work environments.
• Strong analytical skills with complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships across units and facilities teams.
• Produce monthly reports, data audits, and space/layout updates.
• Apply analytical thinking to solve space challenges.
• Develop presentations consolidating data and floor plans for stakeholders.
• Support planning strategies to optimize workplace efficiency and hybrid work environments.
